It's More Fun @ My Job

I know my Blog is titled Mind Of A Mundy... and not the Super Fun, Laid Back, Sweet Job A Lucky 19 Yr. Old Mundy Has... but again I must say I had fun today... putting up metal stud walls, putting in drywall, fixing a mo gas leak in a LJP man lift... i might be a little sore from drilling into the 1/4 inch steel I beams but to be doing that up 30 ft... yeah its fun...

But other than that I've been having fun with my church friends... Sunday we had a BBQ and launched water balloons at eachother... then ate sticky buns and went to a small Bible Study where my frind got to play his new standing Bass during worship...

Do not love the world or the things in the world... Because the world is passing away... I say that to say this... all kinds of four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air... "Arise Kill and Eat"... so yes, I'm in Montana getting a fishing license and pole... soon to be going on a Hunting type trip... YUM!

Typical Training?

So today I was learning how to Use a Genie 60 Man Lift... kinda like a cherry picker but this one goes up to 60 high and it can spin around, hold two people, I'd used it to get to things higher than my average reach... Like to change the lights in the light posts on a runway or other things of that nature...

  But the thing I'm getting to is that i was on one only 15-20 feet up when a Helicopter took off and flew only 20-30 feet above me... So that was Pretty Cool and I thought you might like to be jealous for a moment...

My Job is Better Than Your Job

It is... Today I drove around meeting all kinds of new people, doing simple paperwork. Then at 2 o'clock everyone went to the bowling alley and had a going away party... it was a great! I got to meet everyone in the Shop because I'm the newest newguy of all the newguys... not to mention the youngest.

and talk about easy work... if you don't know i spent 5 days driving to Montana getting paid to move and still receving a little Bi-Weekly paycheck...

So it has been snowing off and on today and my Sweet Buick is doing fine...

God Bless, I'll be in and out... they don't like computers here so to get online really isn't as easy to do anymore..

#1 Sweating from Within

As I sit here reviewing my travel plans for tomorrow, I begin to sweat within myself... i don't know whether its the reminder that this'll be the last time I see my family for a year or it's the great undertaking of driving 1800 miles up to Montana. Either way I am ready and making this blog so you can fallow me on my future journey.
